I was in Freetown for business, and the location was very convenient for my meetings. I appreciated the close proximity to several offices and the amenities nearby. The two ladies at the front desk were particularly helpful, making my stay more pleasant with their accommodating service. However, I did notice that the pool area got busy in the mornings, which made it a little crowded.

This intrusive experience overshadowed my family's time at the hotel, and I had to voice my concerns to management to have it addressed. Moreover, the pool area was often crowded, diminishing the relaxation I had hoped for on my trip to Freetown.

The room was super clean with air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom. Loved the extra amenities like a refrigerator and hairdryer. I had free gym access, and the outdoor swimming pool was nice with sun loungers. Breakfast was a treat with so many options. The staff was welcoming and made everything so smooth.

I had a chance to interact with Kadija, one of the managers, who really worked with me to accommodate all the changes to my meeting schedules. The front desk team, especially Kai and that overnight guy, were super helpful, making sure everything went smoothly no matter what I needed, even late deliveries from the kitchen.

It wasn’t cheap but still acceptable.
