The hotel is conveniently located close to many attractions and next to a Bugis MRT station. The staff provides excellent service, always greeting guests with a smile. Rooms are beautifully decorated with high-quality furnishings and come with great amenities, such as complimentary minibars. The bathrooms are spacious and luxurious, with separate toilets and walk-in wardrobes.

Some guests have reported trouble checking in and certain miscommunications with the staff regarding included breakfast.

The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. I loved the rooftop bar, great drinks and amazing views of the city. The swimming pool was well-maintained and a perfect spot to relax. I had a wonderful stay at Andaz.

As a family, we loved the spacious rooms with a great view and comfortable amenities such as the big powder room and shower area. The free snacks and daily replenished can drinks were a nice touch. The lighting in the room was good and the overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. The bathroom had full amenities and was clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed the presence of a rocking chair in the room.

I recently stayed at Andaz in Bugis for 4 nights and had the most amazing experience. The hotel is conveniently connected to the MRT blue line, making it easy to explore the city. The hospitable staff provided personalized service and the sophisticated design of the lobby and rooms created a luxurious atmosphere. The pool deck offered stunning views of Marina Bay and the surrounding area. The restaurants served delicious food and the room had everything I needed. a super hotel deserving of its 4+ stars.

Room furnishings were of high quality and the staff was friendly and always available. the location was central to all the city sights and shopping areas. Another bonus was the presence of a free daily mini-bar and complimentary coffee and tea.

Although the room was modern, it was smaller than expected and not practical in some cases. the wardrobe had no doors, which made it look messy, and the full-length mirror was poorly positioned and posed a safety hazard.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of luxury and exclusive amenities. the service provided by the staff was impeccable, making me feel truly pampered. the Spa & wellness centre was a highlight of my stay, especially the relaxing Sauna and Jacuzzi, and the Swimming pool with view and Sun terrace were breathtaking. the room advantages were impressive, featuring a spacious and comfortable bed, a well-stocked minibar, and a private facilities that made me feel like royalty.

the Sun loungers in the Garden area were not as comfortable as expected, but this didn't affect my overall experience.

While most breakfast items were satisfactory, I think there is room for improvement in terms of the laksa. It lacked the usual richness from the coconut broth and ended up tasting more like chili soup.

I had an amazing stay at a top-end hotel in Singapore. the view from the windows was breathtaking and the room itself was spacious and inviting. I didn't even want to leave the room! the bathroom was stylishly designed with a rain shower and quality toiletries. the breakfast was delicious and the staff were polite and hospitable.
