The walls are too thin!!! I could hear everything from neighboring rooms!!! Maintenance issues abound with dirty rooms and non-draining bathtubs!!! The Wi-Fi is inconsistent, making work impossible!!!

Braw spot for a weekend, clean rooms and dead comfy beds. The staff were pure brilliant, makin' breakfast tipsy with tons of hot coffee. Only downside was the shower controls—took a bit o' time to crack it. Still, great value for the price!

the staff was friendly, shouldn’t they be? ? but the room smelled like old wet carpet and the used soap on the sink was just disgusting. I was expecting a little something for my inconvenience—maybe an upgrade or free breakfast? I almost thought about giving a good review, but just couldn’t, given the shoddy condition of everything.

I had a great experience with friendly staff who made checking in a breeze, and the hotel's location was perfect for exploring, with the beautiful Two Rivers Ruidoso River Park less than 2 km away and the charming Grindstone Stables just over 4 km, making my city strolls feel genuinely refreshing.

the view of the mountains from the second story is really nice and peaceful. if u like relaxin, there's places to chill outside too. the rooms with views of the lake are super calm. also, if ur into gambling, the lobby is real close to the casino. overall comfy stay!

my room was too close to a smokey room, which made my eyes burn, and the breakfast was bad.

The waffles at breakfast were a big hit, especially for the kids. Additionally, the beds were super cozy, which made it easier for us to catch up on sleep after long days out. Traveling with two babies can be tricky, but this stay felt family-friendly.

For dads, it would be great if the bathrooms were a bit more spacious.
