We had a fantastic stay here! We were warmly welcomed by the staff and were given an early check-in. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed, including air conditioning, free toiletries, and a mini-bar. We loved that this hotel is located so centrally, just a few minutes' walk from the MRT, with quick access to the city center or Chinatown. The outdoor swimming pool was lovely and there were plenty of sun loungers available. The staff were always attentive, making sure we were well taken care of.

We had a great location near many famous restaurants and attractions. The hotel surprised us with a lion dance performance during the Chinese New Year celebration, which made our stay unforgettable. I recommend this hotel.

The rooms are comfortable and clean, with an electrical iron and board included. The friendly staff is always ready to go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable.

On a positive note, they offered two free drinks at check-in and a small gift on Xmas day. the location was great, close to a metro station and Chinatown. the rooftop pool had a nice view.

The hotel was lacking in many areas. the rooms were cramped and old with questionable cleanliness.

The staff were exceptional, from the friendly and welcoming concierge who helped us with our luggage, to the lady running breakfast who was so friendly and helpful. the room upgrade was a nice surprise, especially since we had extra luggage. And let me tell you, the location couldn't be better! It was so convenient to have the MRT just a stone's throw away, making it easy for us to explore the city.

The blue pen provided in the room was a lovely touch, and the robin egg blue shade was my favorite. The hotel had all the necessary amenities and the pool was a great feature.
