Great location near Chinatown, but awkward bathroom privacy.

The hotel’s location is superb, with the MRT station right next door, and staff were incredibly accommodating, allowing for early check-in after a long flight.

Some amenities, like the carpet’s cleanliness and outdated bathroom fixtures, left much to be desired during my stay.

Rooms feel outdated with musty odors and considerable water damage!!! The bathroom layout lacks privacy and functional shelves!!! Housekeeping seems overwhelmed, leading to poor tidiness and delayed responses!!! Could definitely use an upgrade in basic amenities!!!

the decor is certainly charming, but the dirty carpet and peeling walls definitely detracted from anything resembling a pleasant experience. shocking, really. and of course, how could housekeeping miss toothpaste spots on the walls? i woudl ve been delighted with an upgrade as a courtesy for these issues, but was left feeling like just another face in the crowd, just couldn’t with this one.

We loved the quick access to Outram Park metro and enjoyed exploring Chinatown. Rooms were spacious and Wi-Fi was solid. Rachel, the Duty Manager, was a gem, helping us settle in early and find our way around. The gym was nice too! Highly recommend!

We encountered a moldy smell in the room, which was a bit off-putting. It would be great if they could pay more attention to that aspect.

Had a fantastic stay with a spacious room and amazing wifi. Enjoyed the outdoor pool, but the check-in process was a bit slow. I'd definitely go back!

dorsett singapore is realy comfy and has a great location right above the outram park mrt station. super easy to get around and close to chinatown! the staff were so friendly and helpful, it made our stay even better. plus the breakfast was delicious with a lot of choices. the outdoor pool is nice and clean, perfect for relaxing after a long day.

the bathroom layout was a bit awkward making it hard to move around, and the music in the lobby was kinda distracting.

I ended up with a room overlooking a Koi Carp pond, which was really soothing and unexpected. The location was prime, right above the MRT, making it effortless to get around and explore all the great local food spots , especially with the Sunday foodie tour that took us to five fantastic places. I can't forget the friendly staff who made me feel welcome, especially May Kwan and Jennifer, they were amazing!

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but for what I got, it was still acceptable.

We arrived early and were pleasantly surprised when they found us a room right away, which was fantastic! The pool area was super nice for lounging, and I really enjoyed relaxing by the beautiful decor throughout the hotel. The only minor hiccup was a slight delay in check-in, but overall, it was a lovely experience! 😊

During my visit, the staff's warmth and attentiveness truly stood out. The proximity to the MRT made exploring the vibrant Chinatown so accessible, enhancing my stay remarkably.

Service? Not so much.

The check-in process was a mess—no one told us we needed cash for the deposit, and we had issues getting our food delivered. It was frustrating! Loved the pool area, though—super chill vibes. The dining options were decent, but the service? Yikes! Way too slow for my taste.
