During our stay at Fraser Suites, we were pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service we received. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and even offered us a complimentary upgrade to a larger apartment. Although there was a slight smell in the room that persisted despite daily cleaning, it didn't detract from our overall experience. We found the location convenient, with amenities and eateries within walking distance. The housekeeper, Mdm Gim Geok, was outstanding, ensuring our apartment was always in immaculate condition. The breakfast staff also impressed us with their friendly and attentive service. The quality of the toiletries, towels, kitchenware, and bedding provided added to the comfort of our stay. The strong and stable wifi throughout the property was a bonus. We highly recommend Fraser Suites and would book again in the future. we had a comfortable and memorable experience.

the rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable with exclusive room advantages. the outdoor swimming pool and garden area were breathtakingly beautiful.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, always making sure that my needs were met. the location was perfect as it was close to transportation and attractions, making it easy to get around.

The only downside of my stay was the limited options available for breakfast. Although the food was good, it became repetitive after a few days.
