I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff, including Rafael, Stella, Luisa, and Mauro. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was the best I've had at any hotel, with a great menu and attentive staff. The location in a pleasant central district was ideal, with several cafes and restaurants nearby. It was also very close to Praca da Independência, where you can find two amazing museums. my experience at this hotel was excellent.

We stayed at Surestay Hotel By Best Western for 3 nights during our trip to Squamish. The hotel had great amenities such as a coupon for the exercise club, comfortable beds with a great assortment of pillows, and a beautifully renovated interior. We also loved having a famous restaurant right in the lobby and appreciated the ironing board and iron in our room. The friendly atmosphere and helpful staff, especially the lady at the check-in desk, made us feel very welcome. They even gave us ideas for places to eat and visit. The hotel's discount deals with Hurricane Grill and Denny's were a bonus.

The room layout needs updating, with the toilet and shower separated from the sink, which was strange. Noisy rooms, could hear people walking above on squeaky floors.

The complementary chocolates and hot beverages in the lobby were lovely, and the shuttle service to the nearby attraction was convenient. the location was excellent, close to the mountains and outdoor activities. the pool was a great way to start the day on New Year's Day.

The hotel lacked soundproofing- we heard everything from crying babies to loud footsteps from the room above. the room was small and outdated, which detracted from the overall experience.
