Room was clean, but a bit cramped.

the staff here were super nice and helped us check in early, which was awesome. the room was surprisingly clean and not dated at all. loved that there was a pool, even though it was a little chilly, it was still fun! the location is great, close to capilano and a solid restaurant next door for breakfast. overall, a solid stay for the price!

I had a comfortable stay close to the Capilano Suspension Bridge. The staff was warm and the early check-in was a nice touch. Plus, De Dutch nearby served delicious breakfast!

The room was a bit small for my liking, and it would have been nice to have a microwave. The bathroom window needed better coverings, as it faced a very bright light at night.

The staff here are real gems, super accommodating when I had to check in at weird hours. WiFi worked like a charm, and having a pool was nice too, though it could’ve been warmer. Clean enough, just a bit cramped and could use a refresh. De Dutch next door? Those crepes are something else, yo!

stayed here and was mighty disappointed, the front desk guy was shockingly rude, just shocking, and the king room was absolutely too noisy for anyone with a shred of decency. woudl ve been lovely to get a complimentary upgrade for my troubles, but could I expect such a thing? not here clearly. never coming back.

this hotel is pretty clean and the service is really nice. price is decent for the area and its quiet, which i liked. love that it has a pool, but its kinda chilly tho. located close to some good food places and shops so that’s a plus. de dutch next door has super yummy crepes!

but there ain't no breakfast included and the key cards took forever to work right, such a pain!

We stayed for a couple of nights in a queen room. The room was clean, though it felt a bit small for us. The beds were super comfy, which was a huge plus! The bathroom was newly updated with a nice rain shower. The location was great—just a short walk to restaurants and the Capilano Suspension Bridge. The AC was a tad noisy, but we didn’t run it all night, so it wasn’t a big deal. Breakfast at De Dutch next door was delicious, especially the crepes!
