I recently stayed at Ji Hotel Orchard for a week while on a business trip. The hotel's location is perfect, with easy access to public transport and shopping malls. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. The rooms were spacious, modern, and came with complimentary Wi-Fi. a quiet and comfortable stay - I would definitely choose Ji Hotel Orchard again!

The hotel's location near Plaza Singapura and the Dhoby Ghaut MRT station provided great convenience for shopping and exploring. We were pleasantly surprised to find an umbrella in the room, which came in handy during rainy days. With its excellent amenities and reasonable rates, Ji Hotel is the perfect choice for a comfortable and value-for-money stay.

Well-organized compact rooms with all necessary amenities. Conveniently located near Orchard Road and Dhoby Ghaut MRT station. Hotel provides washing and dryer machines for guest use. Limited gym facilities but suitable for a quick workout. a central and convenient option for solo or couple travelers.

The hotel offered complimentary water bottles and toothbrushes, which was a nice touch. the hotel is conveniently located near public transportation and many restaurants. the room was adequate with a comfortable bed.

Our stay during New Year’s was not enjoyable due to the excessive noise levels in the hotel. the walls were thin and we could hear loud music and people shouting all night long.

Nice experience in a centrally located hotel

My stay at Ji Hotel Orchard was fantastic. The hotel staff were courteous and the rooms were spacious and clean. The location was perfect, just a few minutes walk from the MRT station and close to attractions like the national museum. I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

The hotel's location was fantastic, being right next to the MTR station made it very convenient to get around the city. the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any queries or requests. I also enjoyed the free cancellation policy, which allowed me to have the flexibility to change my plans if needed.

Being opposite the Dhoby Ghaut MRT station, it was incredibly convenient for transportation. Additionally, the hotel was situated close to shopping malls, providing easy access to food courts and groceries. The cleanliness of the room was excellent, and the hotel facilities were well-maintained. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even offering a complimentary late check out when they learned of our evening flight.

Noisy, could hear doors opening and closing from neighboring rooms. Bathroom shower sprinkler was difficult to adjust and water easily spilled out due to low ledge.
