I indulged in a full-body microdermabrasion treatment with all-natural ingredients, leaving my skin soft and healthy. The guest DJ set the mood for a night of revelry under the stars. Teppan-Ya offered a wonderful array of traditional Japanese cuisine.

Reception person made no attempt to fulfill my pre-advised requests during check-in.

Wonderful Stay at a Great Hotel

We had an incredible stay at a hotel in Singapore that exceeded our expectations. The service was impeccable, and every staff member we encountered was polite, friendly, and helpful. We were particularly impressed with the staff at Melt Cafe, who remembered our names every time we had breakfast. Our room had a stunning view of the Bay and was kept spotlessly clean throughout our stay. The hotel club concierge service was beyond wonderful, providing a seamless and luxurious experience from the moment we arrived. The breakfast buffet and cocktail hours were also amazing. Additionally, the hotel's location, connected to a shopping mall and within walking distance to MRT stations, was very convenient. I highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable and satisfying stay.

The mattress and pillows were incredibly comfortable, perfect for a light sleeper like me. The sea view from my room on the 15th floor was stunning. The surprise birthday cake on my workdesk was a lovely gesture. The staff were friendly and made me feel welcome throughout my stay.

The room felt warm, but overall, I have no complaints.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location on the harbour was perfect, just across the street from the Bay promenade. It was so convenient to be by the Bay area and close to all the tourist hotspots. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. The breakfast options were fantastic with a wide variety to choose from. We couldn't ask for better hotel facilities and transportation options were easily accessible.

We had the most spectacular view of the NYE firework celebrations from our suite at Mandarin Oriental! The backdrop of the Marina Bay Sands was breathtaking. The MO Bar had a fantastic vibe and the cocktails were inventive. The pool area with cabanas was a great place to relax. The buffet breakfast, although closing a bit early, was delicious and had a good variety of options. The hotel's location was convenient and the nearby shopping center was a plus. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent facilities, value for money, and unforgettable experiences.

From the moment I arrived until the moment I departed, I felt like a VIP. the exclusive amenities in this hotel were impressive, from the spacious and luxurious rooms to the world-class Spa & wellness centre. the outdoor swimming pool with a poolside snack bar was the perfect place to unwind and relax. the staff at the restaurant were professional and friendly, and the in-room breakfast was delicious. the location advantages were fantastic, with everything I needed within walking distance.

Had a fantastic time at Mandarin Oriental! Stayed in the spacious Grand Ocean room with stunning night views. The staff were extremely friendly and made us feel special. The 5th floor pool had fantastic views and felt exclusive. Great location with lots to see and visit. Will definitely come back to this fantastic place! Thanks for a really nice stay!

Great service, especially the attentive staff. the romantic room decor was a nice touch. the location was perfect for exploring the city and had easy access to transportation.

The room was in need of updating, with stains on the carpets and a faulty TV connection. There were maintenance issues in the bathroom, such as a phone falling off the wall and a non-functioning eco wash.

Despite the lack of festive atmosphere, the two complementary chocolates delivered every night to the room were a nice touch. the location was great with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. the advantage of having a swimming pool was enjoyable, even though it was a bit small.

Christmas stay was not as expected. the hotel lacked the festive atmosphere and it seemed like any other ordinary day.

The location was perfect, next to a shopping mall and close to the airport and landmarks. The room had a grand view of the bay, and the breakfast was incredible. The hotel also offered a concierge service and shower room for guests with evening flights.

It was difficult to rest or sleep long as the soundproofing was not adequate.
