Omg, the location is amaaazing 🌟 like seriously, the mrt station under the hotel? 😲 loved it! rooms were cozy and spacious, but a bit dark ☹️ staff were so friendly and helpful 💕.

The crew there was super sweet, location bang on, breakfast buffet yummy, and cleanliness spot on and near everything you'd need 👌🏻 Spa and pool area were chill AF, perfect for unwinding. Only gripe was the odd spot missed by housekeeping, but nothing that ruined my vibe - things can get missed sometimes, no biggie! .

The location of this hotel was excellent, just steps away from the MRT and fantastic shopping and dining options. The staff were exceptional, providing top-notch customer service. The rooms were spacious, clean, and serviced daily. We enjoyed the therapeutic pools and the fast wifi. If there was one minor feedback, it would be to add more variety to the breakfast options.

There were a few minor drawbacks. The bathroom had no blinds or privacy, which could be inconvenient when sharing the room or needing to use the bathroom at night.

The breakfast was yummy, and we loved the hot tub and steam room. the location was great for shopping and sightseeing.

The room was a bit cramped, and we could hear noise from outside at night, which made it hard to sleep. the customer service was not very attentive or friendly, which put a damper on our Christmas festivities.
