I had an amazing stay at this hotel! the staff was very welcoming and the room was impeccably clean. I was given a beautiful poolside room with a comfortable king size bed that made my stay relaxing. the breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices, and the pool area was beautiful and clean. the location was perfect, close to restaurants and gas stations but also just off the highway, which was convenient for me.

It would've been more convenient if all elevators were in working condition. the front desk staff could have been more helpful in assisting guests with issues like this.

Staff helped me with room issue at night. Perfect fit with Wi-Fi, on-site car park, fitness center, flat-screen TV. I keep coming back for city trips - everything I need available.

One room smelled like wet carpet and there was dust everywhere. The noise from the hallway and the cleaning staff was really disturbing.

The Best Western Naples Plaza Hotel's database was accurate about the room features. I stayed in a double room with a king-size bed, which was spacious and had a balcony overlooking the city. the mini-refrigerator and microwave were convenient for storing and heating up snacks.

The database did not mention the musty smell in the room, possibly from the air conditioning unit. The hotel should address this issue for a more comfortable stay.

The suite I booked was spacious and had a separate living room and a fully equipped kitchen. It felt like having my own little apartment, complete with all the comforts of home. The kitchen was a real game-changer, allowing me to whip up some late-night snacks that hit the spot after a long day of exploring.

The Best Western Naples Plaza Hotel surprised us with its charming balcony overlooking a pond, spacious room with thoughtful amenities, and delightful breakfast. Despite the slight noise from the nearby highway, the peaceful environment and attentive staff made our stay enjoyable. The swimming pool and jacuzzi offered relaxation, while exploring nearby landmarks like the Coastal Fellowship Church and King Richard's Family Fun Park added to our family bonding experience.

We had a quick and easy check-in experience at this hotel. The staff allowed us to check in early, which was a big help. Our king room was spotlessly clean, and the housekeeping team was very efficient. The hotel facilities were impressive, with a large and comfortable room that even had a balcony and kitchenette. The breakfast buffet had a great variety, including hot options. The warm pool, hot tub, and resident turtles in the pond were a hit with the kids. The location was convenient, with easy access to the beach and other attractions in the area. a solid 3-3.5-star experience.

Nothing not to love.

As young people, we loved the spacious and clean room with a comfortable king bed and great pillows. The private balcony overlooking the pond with turtles was a delightful addition. The pool was fantastic, and the hot coffee at breakfast was a must! The fitness room had enough equipment to cater to our needs during our short stay.

We had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Naples. the desk clerk at Best Western was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the area. They gave us great directions to a nearby restaurant when we arrived late in the evening. the room was clean and had a nice shower with lots of water pressure. We also appreciated the convenience of having a refrigerator and microwave in the room. the breakfast selection was impressive with plenty of choices to satisfy our appetite. We loved sitting on the balcony with a cup of coffee in the morning, enjoying the view of the lake and even spotting a woodpecker. we highly recommend staying here for a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

I selected a suite with a separate living room and fully equipped kitchen. All guestrooms had handy amenities like free WiFi. The hotel also had a gym, outdoor pool and spa. The staff happily shared local hotspots. My room even had a sofa bed! I explored nearby golf clubs and top-notch boutiques. The beach was a short drive away. a cozy stay with a touch of luxury. Can't wait to visit again!
