I recently stayed at a hotel in Longview and had a great experience. The room was nice and the hotel had all the amenities I needed. I was particularly impressed with the breakfast. The food was delicious and there was a wide variety to choose from. The lady who served breakfast was very friendly and made the experience even better. The breakfast area was clean and well-maintained. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

There were a few negative aspects during my stay. there was a shortage of towels, and we did not receive enough for our family.

The staff was exceptionally helpful and patient during Texas's snowmageddon. They made sure to accommodate my husband's wheelchair needs and went above and beyond to find alternative entrances and parking solutions. Despite a mix-up with the room, they made arrangements for us to move the next day. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The location was convenient, with nice outside lounges and close proximity to restaurants and shopping.

We recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Longview for a quick overnight stay. The staff was friendly and cheerful, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The Christmas decorations were lovely and the staff was friendly. They offered us complimentary drinks upon arrival which was a nice touch. the location was great and conveniently close to the mall and restaurants. the room was spacious and the bed was comfortable.

We were kept up all night by noisy neighbors and could hear every conversation they had. the noise was so bad that we were unable to get a good night's rest.
