the hilton garden had a nice atmosphere and friendly staff. it's close to great restaurants and shopping, making it easy to enjoy the area. the indoor heated pool was a perfect spot to relax after a day out. i appreciated how helpful the staff was during our stay, making us feel welcome and cared for.

the beds were a bit uncomfortable, which affected our sleep.

great access to parks and local eateries for weekend exploring

I really enjoyed my stay with its fantastic location just a short walk from veterans plaza and the amazing longview world of wonders, perfect places to stretch my legs and soak in the scenery. the nearby rotolo's pizzeria was a delightful option for grabbing lunch after a day of exploring! while the check-in process could be smoother, it didn't overshadow the fun i had walking around town.

The pool area was a great hit with my children, featuring a fun lazy river that they absolutely loved! ! The late breakfast hours allowed us to enjoy our mornings without rushing.

The beds were pretty uncomfortable, affecting our ability to sleep well. We also encountered inconvenient issues with the air-conditioning that detracted from our comfort during the stay.

Parking incurs an extra fee, which feels unnecessary for the hotel experience. The shower pressure was disappointingly low, making every rinse feel like a struggle rather than a refresh. Room conditions weren't up to par, with reports of musty odors and a need for maintenance updates, such as cracked baseboards and light bulbs needing replacement. Only one elevator was operational, leading to frustrating waits during busy times. The breakfast options ran out quickly, especially close to their end time, making it difficult to get a full meal when you arrive later in the morning.

the hotel was vry clean and the staff were friendly, especially the cook who made our meals. i loved the location, easy to get to nearby restaurants and shopping. the bar-restaurant did a decent job for dinner. they had an indoor heated pool that was nice after a long day. also, the housekeeping staff did a great job keeping everything tidy.

the front desk lady was rude and made me feel unwelcome. The $15 charge for incidentals was really annoying when i was told it was included when i booked the room. also, i wish they had better communication about available room types, as mine wasn't even available.
