Room was lekker spacious, proper clean every day, and the staff was super friendly! Big shout-out to Haiyan. she even lent me her charger when mine went kaput. Ahgilan at the front desk was a legend too, with all those tips for my stay.

Only downside was brekkie not ready right at 6:30am. a bit of a wait, which was a hassle.

The room was pretty spacious and super clean. The comfy bed made my nights restful, and I really liked the big bathroom setup. It had all the basics covered, but the AC struggled a bit during the hot days. Also, some noise from nearby bars was a bit distracting, but it's expected in that vibrant area. Overall, it felt cozy enough to chill after exploring the city!

Had a delightful stay! The bed was super comfy, and the room stayed quiet and clean throughout my visit. The 10-minute stroll to Bugis and Arab Street is a plus for local dining and shopping. Staff assistance was prompt, even accommodating early check-in. A fantastic choice if you're exploring this vibrant city!

The hotel staff seemed overwhelmed and unhelpful during check-in. Although there were multiple staff members present, I was directed to the online check-in process rather than receiving assistance. It felt frustrating, especially considering the overall tired appearance of the hotel, with worn carpets and damaged paintwork that clearly showed a lack of upkeep.

Uninviting foyer with cluttered luggage!!! Limited facilities with restaurant and bar closed!!! Noise from surrounding bars and dining spots can be quite disruptive during the night!!! Staff seemed unprepared during check-in!!!

rooms had a nice setup but felt a bit compact for my liking. hotel wifi was not good, had to pay for roaming.

However, some rooms felt a bit cramped, and the air conditioning was not very effective, making it a bit humid at times.
