The hotel is located near a busy street with many shopping malls and Bugis market, offering cheaper merchandise. There are also many cafes in front of the hotel. The room we had was spacious and came with complimentary laundry items, minibar, and evening cocktails. The staff were courteous, and the building itself is lovely. The location is fantastic for exploring Little India and is within walking distance to Big Mustafa Mall in the Little India area. We enjoyed being based at the entrance of a small mall, which had some great spots for a nightcap.

I had a fantastic stay here. The location of this hotel is perfect, situated right in the center of the city. It is conveniently positioned between two MRT stations, making it super easy to get around. Plus, it is surrounded by lively areas filled with great food options and a bustling electronic center. The staff were very attentive and showed regular hospitality. They were always eager to help and offer great service.

I wish the staff could be a bit more welcoming and friendly. However, despite this small shortcoming, I still highly recommend this hotel to families.
