My recent stay at Aquacity Seasons was fantastic! The water park was amazing with a wide variety of indoor and outdoor pools that kept me entertained for the entire 5 days.

Seamless check-in and early room availability. Great rooftop terrace with pool and mountain views. Convenient access to spa with pleasant, dark ambiance. Variety of saunas, steam rooms, and pools to explore. Good spa services and massages. Comfortable and clean rooms with usual amenities. Decent bathroom and coffee/tea facilities. Renovated rooms in the All Seasons side.

We arrived at the hotel and were immediately impressed by the convenient location near the aquapark and wellness area. The taxi ride was quick and affordable, and check-in was easy. Our room was clean and tidy, with a lovely view of the outdoor pool and mountains from the rooftop terrace. The spa was a highlight, with a variety of saunas, steam rooms, and pools to explore. The spa procedures were straightforward, and my wife had an incredible massage. The large pool complex and slides provided hours of fun.

The carpet in our room was worn and could use replacement.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and was extremely impressed with the enhanced comfort and quality services it offered. The outdoor pools and slides were great fun, especially during the evening hours when they were almost empty. The staff at this hotel were amazing, with the head waiter at the restaurant making a huge positive impact on my stay. The playrooms for children were an added bonus, providing a safe and entertaining space for kids to enjoy. Additionally, the hotel's spa was a delightful experience, with various saunas, steam rooms, and pools to relax and rejuvenate in. The food at the hotel restaurant was brilliant, and the pool bar served delicious drinks. this place left a lasting impression on me with its excellent location, fantastic facilities, and attentive staff.

I would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends, as it offers a luxurious and comfortable stay with a wide range of amenities and services.

We had an absolutely amazing time during our holiday! The water park was incredible with multiple pools and saunas. The staff were friendly and polite, making our stay even more pleasant. The internet connection was strong, allowing us to stay connected. the location was perfect, everything we needed was within walking distance and the surrounding scenery was stunning.

There were a few aspects that could be improved. The rooms could have been cleaner and the food could have been of a higher quality.
