This hotel exceeded our expectations in every aspect. the value for money was outstanding. They made us feel special by giving us a bottle of wine upon check-in, which was a lovely gesture. The rooms were cozy and clean, with beautiful views of the surrounding nature reserve. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious and the staff were attentive and friendly.

No improvements needed, everything was perfect.

The room was spacious and clean. the staff was really friendly and helpful. We enjoyed its proximity to the ski slopes and Christmas markets. the location was great since we could reach everything we needed within walking distance. One other thing that we really appreciated was the complimentary hot chocolate in the lobby area.

Our Christmas stay was ruined by the loud noises from the nightclub next door. the hotel management did not provide any earplugs or offer to switch our room, which was very disappointing.
