the rooms at this family-run hotel were spacious, clean, and recently renovated. the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable. I also had the pleasure of dining at the hotel's restaurant, where I had the best Italian-style pizza in a long time. They even had a heated room for storing ski equipment. I was thoroughly impressed and will definitely be coming back.

Noisy rooms and poor sound insulation. Unfortunately, the rooms suffered from poor sound insulation which made it difficult to sleep at night due to noise.

I was impressed with the level of service I received at this hotel. From the moment I contacted them, the owner was extremely helpful and responsive. They arranged for transportation from the airport and provided all the necessary information for our stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with regular changes of sheets and towels. I especially appreciated the small room where we could gather as a group to enjoy coffee and games. The restaurant staff were pleasant and the food was amazing, with a wide variety of options for breakfast and on the menu. They even went out of their way to make cappuccinos for us in the morning. I would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, comfortable rooms, and delicious food.

This hotel in Kranjska Gora is a great find! the location is ideal, right in the center of town and within a short walk of the main ski slopes. It couldn't have been more convenient. Secondly, the staff were fantastic - from the owner who assisted us with everything we needed, to the friendly and helpful restaurant staff. We felt well taken care of throughout our stay. Lastly, the rooms were clean and comfortable. We particularly appreciated the recently renovated bathrooms and the attention to detail in the room amenities. great value for money and a delightful breakfast to start the day.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a beautiful village surrounded by stunning scenery. The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect, just a few minutes' walk from all the amenities, including the slopes. The rooms were tastefully decorated and cleaned every day, and the beds were very comfortable. I also loved the nice views from the windows. Additionally, the breakfast offered a wide range of options and was of a very high standard.
