This hotel’s location is unbeatable, right at the Principe Pio station! The staff is exceptionally friendly and brightens your day, and the rooms are spacious and beautifully designed. A lovely balcony offers morning sun, making for a perfect start. Cleanliness is outstanding, adding to the overall comfort of your stay.

The location is fantastic – right across from Principe Pio station. Comfy sofas in the lounge area played soothing jazz. Breakfast was a feast with great variety, making mornings delightful.

However, the heating was an issue. it got quite warm at night, and the street noise made it hard to sleep with the window open. Walls are thin, so some hallway chatter kept me awake too.

the hotel acta could’ve been so much more, but alas—my room stank like dead mice and breakfast was good, but not miraculous, just okay really. I mean, where’s my room upgrade for all the trouble? and that noise from the hallway, ugh, defintely annoying. almost thought of rating higher, but just couldn't.

This place was just an excellent fit for a brief pause in Madrid with good value. The breakfast was cheap at €8.50 and had enough variety to start the day right. If you're new to the city, consider the city tour bus to see the highlights easily.

Poor soundproofing between rooms!!! Heating control issues lead to discomfort!!! Limited elevator capacity causes delays during peak times!!! Some areas show occasional cleanliness issues!!! Weak Wi-Fi during busy hours!!!

Free Wi-Fi in rooms was great, but air conditioning barely worked and was bothersome.

Location was super convenient! Right across from the train station, so getting around was a breeze. The room was really nice with modern touches, and I enjoyed chilled drinks from the mini fridge. Only bummer was some hallway noise at times. Staff were mostly friendly, except one guy who seemed kinda lost when I asked for directions.

Location is bang on! Metro and shops right across the street made exploring a breeze. Clean, cozy room with a lovely view, perfect for wandering off to the Royal Palace and more!

The air conditioning decided to take a vacation, and I nearly melted. The elevators? A tad too cozy for my taste. I felt like a sardine with my suitcase!

Staff were super friendly and welcoming! ! The location's perfect, right across from the metro. Tons of shops and eateries nearby. Breakfast was decent and offered a good spread, just a bit chaotic at times.

The soundproofing needs work, and some street noise can be a bother when trying to rest. Also, a little more organization during breakfast would be great.

Breakfast options are affordable and delicious, with great coffee at the café. However, the walls could be better soundproofed, as some noise from other guests was noticeable. Additionally, the absence of a kettle or cups in the room limits coffee options to the living area downstairs, which is a slight inconvenience.

The exemplary location near Principe Pio station made it easy to explore Madrid. Enjoyed a spacious triple room with a lovely terrace offering delightful views of the Royal Palace. The staff were consistently friendly, adding a warm touch to our stay. Breakfast could be improved, but numerous nearby options make it manageable.
