I recently had an incredible stay at Nova Plaza Prime Hotel for a week. The spacious room, courteous staff, and helpful guidance on local attractions were highlights. The hotel even extended our checkout time, allowing us to rest before our late flight. I appreciated the welcoming fruits and attention to detail, especially from the guest relations, Arzu. With a shopping center nearby and frequent shuttle services, it was a convenient and enjoyable experience.

We had an exceptional experience at Nova Plaza Prime. When we encountered a problem with a taxi driver overcharging us, the hotel staff went above and beyond to help us. They reviewed CCTV footage, contacted the taxi driver, and successfully got our money refunded. This level of service is truly impressive and sets Nova Plaza Prime apart. I highly recommend this hotel.

The bistro at the hotel is conveniently located, making it easy for us to commute to downtown and explore the market and shopping places nearby. Despite being in a noisy area, the hotel provides a peaceful stay close to the airport. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a stunning view of Kemerburgaz University. The staff was very courteous and helpful, extending our check-out time and providing excellent service throughout our stay.

The mattress on the bed wasn't the most comfortable and could be improved.

The hotel is conveniently located near the city centre, making it easy to explore the main square. Additionally, it is very close to the popular Mall Of Istanbul, perfect for shopping enthusiasts. The spacious rooms are always kept clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing stay. The staff is understanding and helpful, which adds to the overall positive experience.

There is a lack of shops in the immediate vicinity of the hotel, requiring a 25-minute walk to the nearest shopping center.

The hotel had good properties, a big lobby, and fresh, comfortable rooms with good furniture. The service was excellent and the staff, including Emirkan, Zeynep, and Arzu, were kind and polite. The hotel was clean and nicely decorated, with big rooms equipped with minibars and safety deposit boxes. The breakfast buffet was extensive and the chef prepared delicious omelettes and fried eggs upon request. The location was convenient for my work in Basaksehir.

The hotel provided us a complimentary bottle of champagne and chocolates for our romantic escape. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and free Wi-Fi. the hotel’s location was perfect as it was within walking distance to many shops and restaurants.

The air conditioning in the room was not very effective, and we found ourselves feeling hot and uncomfortable at times. the staff was not very attentive and we had to wait a long time for assistance.

The reception staff were friendly and made me feel comfortable. The room was spacious with a great entertainment system. The wifi had a fast connection and the free shuttle service saved me money. one of the best places I've stayed.

great stay, exceeded expectations. excellent service, helpful staff. loved the spacious and comfortable room. a perfect location near Mall of Istanbul. will definitely come back.

Language barrier with some staff.

This hotel is simply amazing! the luxurious amenities are beyond words. We were pampered from the moment we arrived with the exceptional service and in-room breakfast. the Spa & wellness centre was a perfect escape from the outside world with the indoor swimming pool, sauna and Turkish bath. the garden area was perfect for a relaxing afternoon. the restaurant served delicious dishes with special diet menus available. the private facilities made us feel so special!

The only issue we encountered was the location. It was quite far from the major attractions and big shopping malls.
