I recently had an incredible stay at Nova Plaza Prime Hotel for a week. The spacious room, courteous staff, and helpful guidance on local attractions were highlights. The hotel even extended our checkout time, allowing us to rest before our late flight. I appreciated the welcoming fruits and attention to detail, especially from the guest relations, Arzu. With a shopping center nearby and frequent shuttle services, it was a convenient and enjoyable experience.

The bistro at the hotel is conveniently located, making it easy for us to commute to downtown and explore the market and shopping places nearby. Despite being in a noisy area, the hotel provides a peaceful stay close to the airport. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a stunning view of Kemerburgaz University. The staff was very courteous and helpful, extending our check-out time and providing excellent service throughout our stay.

The mattress on the bed wasn't the most comfortable and could be improved.

The hotel had good properties, a big lobby, and fresh, comfortable rooms with good furniture. The service was excellent and the staff, including Emirkan, Zeynep, and Arzu, were kind and polite. The hotel was clean and nicely decorated, with big rooms equipped with minibars and safety deposit boxes. The breakfast buffet was extensive and the chef prepared delicious omelettes and fried eggs upon request. The location was convenient for my work in Basaksehir.

This hotel is simply amazing! the luxurious amenities are beyond words. We were pampered from the moment we arrived with the exceptional service and in-room breakfast. the Spa & wellness centre was a perfect escape from the outside world with the indoor swimming pool, sauna and Turkish bath. the garden area was perfect for a relaxing afternoon. the restaurant served delicious dishes with special diet menus available. the private facilities made us feel so special!

The only issue we encountered was the location. It was quite far from the major attractions and big shopping malls.
