The hotel has beautiful architecture, friendly staff, and a great location. The rooms are large and luxurious, with comfortable beds and fabulous linens. The courtyard breakfast offers a variety of delicious options. The hotel also offers bike rentals and carriage rides to explore the city. The atrium in the middle of the hotel is charming and a lovely place to eat.

I felt very secure and had no complaints at all.

Our spacious Grand Deluxe room had Somfy controls for the outside shades, and the bathroom was large and beautiful.

Despite a minor issue with the lack of tea/coffee making facilities in the room and a shortage of British TV channels, these were not significant problems. The hotel has a fantastic pool with comfortable loungers, a lovely garden, and attentive and professional staff. The central courtyard is a delightful place for breakfast. The interior and exterior of the hotel are always immaculate. The beds are incredibly comfortable and the linen is of high quality. Plenty of towels are provided in the bathroom.
