We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the apartment and the spacious balcony that received sun all day. The upgrade to a 2 bedroom apartment was a nice bonus. The location of the apartment, right across from the shop, was extremely convenient. The pool area was clean and not overcrowded. The pizza from the pool bar was delicious and reasonably priced. The apartment was cleaned daily and the shower always had hot water. The beach was very close and easy to access.

We were told we would have access to another room, but ended up having to change in the luggage hold room. the transfer time with the coach to the airport was quite long, so we found it more convenient to take a taxi for a quicker journey.

The location was great, with lovely promenade walks and a nice beach nearby. The accommodation and staff were excellent, with no signs of insects. The rooms were spotless and the food was good. There were also convenient options for meals and a supermarket nearby.

It was all superb.

This hotel is fantastic value for money, with its great location right by a lovely large beach and in the very busy centre of the resort. The rooms have basic amenities, but are clean and comfortable, with a balcony to relax on. The staff are extremely friendly and provide excellent service. One of the highlights is the delicious breakfast included in the stay. The internet works all over the loop of apartments, so you'll have no trouble staying connected.

Spacious apartment, sea views from large balcony. Daily room service with fresh towels and comfortable beds. Pool area clean, but quiet. Close to beach and restaurants, short taxi ride to livelier area. Helpful staff, good breakfast options.

The location was great and close to many shops, restaurants and the beach. We also liked the fact that our room had a balcony with a view.

The service at the bar was not very good and we found the utensils and cookware provided to be lacking.

I recently had a really enjoyable stay at a hotel in Lanzarote. the location was fantastic. It was conveniently situated mid-way between Matagorda and Puerto del Carmen, close to the airport and the capital. Additionally, the hotel was just a short walk away from a beautiful, expansive beach. The proximity to a spar shop right across the road made it extremely convenient for any shopping needs.

Although I had a great stay overall, there was one aspect that could be improved. The kitchen utensils in the apartment were inadequate.

The breakfast was very disappointing, with low-quality food and poorly cooked items. the beds in the bedrooms were uncomfortable, with terrible pillows and mattresses.
