We stayed at Arcea for a few nights during Asturias Day and were delighted with our experience. The hotel's location is perfect, right across from the basilica and conveniently close to catch the bus up to the lakes. The staff, especially Cristina at the reception desk, were incredibly friendly and accommodating, offering us a better room for a small supplement. The hotel itself exudes charm with its beautiful interiors and views, and our room was spacious and comfortable. The menu del día at the restaurant was excellent value, and the bar at the cafeteria was a nice spot to unwind. a unique and memorable stay.

I had a fantastic stay at Arcea in the beautiful mountains, right by the Covadonga lakes. The location was perfect, with easy access to the bus and park entrance. The enormous room, bed, and bathroom were quiet and comfortable. The view of the cathedral from my room was amazing. Free parking and a good breakfast made the stay even better. The hotel's old architecture and friendly staff added to the charm.

The view from my room was breathtaking and I enjoyed being surrounded by nature. the hotel offered free parking which was very convenient. the location was also great as it was near many attractions in the area, making it easy to explore.

The service was poor and the staff seemed understaffed and overwhelmed. It was difficult to find someone to help with anything, especially with the bar and restaurant.
