We had a fantastic stay at this centrally located hotel in Benidorm. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with blackout curtains that ensured a good night's sleep. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, and the rooftop terrace and pool were great additions. The food was satisfactory, with plenty of options available. Despite a few minor issues with the shower head and noise from outside, we had an overall pleasant experience. We would definitely recommend staying here for a memorable vacation.

Carlos the waiter, who remembered us from last year, always had a smile on his face and made us feel welcome. The hotel's location was perfect, right in the center of the old town and only 50M away from the beach. It was well away from the bustling New town area, ensuring a peaceful stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, with the room being bright and spacious. The breakfast provided was delicious, offering a variety of options to choose from.
