For the price we paid, the value was excellent and the room was really comfortable. The location was perfect, right across from the train station, and the staff were so friendly and helpful.

loved my stay at the hotel, even better than last time in nottingham. room was spacious, clean with a fan for the warm night. staff were so helpful and friendly. perfect location - near the station, city center and arena. great breakfast included.

The hotel's excellent location, just outside the train station, made it incredibly easy to reach by public transport. The room was beautifully decorated, with a boutique feel, and was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and went above and beyond to help me find the parking garage when I arrived late at night. the hotel provided a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

The shared bathrooms in the hallway may not be ideal for those who prefer more privacy and a leisurely bathroom experience.

The value for money at Bentinck was excellent, with a comfortable and cosy room. The location right next to the train station was perfect for us, and the staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay.

The hotel is located right by the train station, which was extremely convenient for us as business travelers. We were attending an event in the city center, and being so close to the train station made our commute hassle-free. there were plenty of nearby shops and amenities, allowing us to easily grab anything we needed during our stay.

It was disorganized and lacked a cooked option, which was something we were expecting. It would have been helpful if they had specified the type of breakfast included in their sales pitch.

Super friendly and welcoming staff. The continental breakfast was yummy and had a good variety. Loved the fact that it was just a stone's throw away from the train station, making it convenient for exploring the city. , the staff were kind enough to accommodate my heavy luggage and assist with carrying it up the stairs.

The shared bathroom could be a bit of an inconvenience when it got busy. It would have been great if there was a lift available, especially for those with mobility issues or heavy bags.
