During my stay, my colleagues and I were pleasantly surprised by Boston West Hotel's location on a large golf course. It was convenient to have the club house nearby, where we could enjoy delicious meals and relax in the lounge after a long day of work. The hotel also offered easy access to the beach, allowing us to enjoy a day of sunshine and relaxation.

The only drawback we encountered was the lack of soundproofing, as the noise from neighboring rooms and the car park occasionally disrupted our sleep.

First of all, the staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The rooms were clean and cozy, and I loved having a balcony with a view over the beautiful golf course. The beds were super comfortable and I really appreciated having a table to work on in the room. Plus, the breakfast included in the stay was delicious and served with a view over the golf course.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the professional and helpful staff members who were knowledgeable about the hotel amenities, services, and cuisines. The location of the hotel was excellent, and it allowed me to easily access nearby tourist attractions. I was impressed by the comfortable and cozy ambiance of the hotel lounge area, which was perfect for relaxation and enjoyment.

My Xmas experience was not perfect due to a few negative aspects. I was not happy about the condition of my room, as there were stains on the walls and no heating, which made it uncomfortably cold.
