Can't recommend highly enough for taking strolls

Exceptional service, breathtaking views, and a spacious deluxe room with a stunning bathroom design made our stay unforgettable, while the convenient location near the Imperial Palace and easy access to public transport made exploring the city a breeze.

The hotel had a unique charm with its

exceptional level of service and an impressive atmosphere. We thoroughly enjoyed the comfortable lounge where the views of the city were just breathtaking. A little hiccup happened when there was a mix-up with our room service order, but the staff handled it promptly and ensured we were satisfied. Overall, we can't wait to visit again.

What a delight to wake up every morning to breathtaking views of Mt. Fuji! The deluxe room was spacious and the bathroom design was stunning, which truly elevated our experience.

However, we faced quite a hassle with the parking system, needing to recharge our ticket daily. Additionally, there was confusion when our luggage got misplaced, which dampened the service experience a bit.

Staying here was an experience I won't forget. The location near the Imperial Palace allowed for serene strolls, and with four metro lines stopping nearby, I had easy access to explore various parts of the city. The room was an oasis of comfort, featuring a breathtaking view of the skyline and a luxurious bathroom, making every moment in the hotel a pleasure.

the views from the deluxe room were speactacular and truly made my stay special. check-in was a bit confusing since we had to reactivate our room cards each day.

the four seasons is a true gem! the staff went above and beyond, especially the concierge who helped us plan our itinerary. the spa treatments were incredible, and the hydrotherapy session was so relaxing. the indoor pool had breathtaking views, making every moment enjoyable.

i had an amazing 3-night stay at four seasons. the breakfast buffet was impressive with so many tasty options. one highlight was the soothing spa treatment that left me feeling relaxed. the location was perfect, close to andrew & mchayla and all the friendly food and beverage staff too.

Absolutely loved the in-room dining experience—Rino's service was an added delight. Pricing at the lounge was a bit excessive, but the views made up for it.

Had an unforgettable 3-night stay with fabulous views from our Superior Imperial Garden View room and a fantastic dining experience at Est restaurant. The indoor pool and spa treatments like the full body massage were pure bliss after a day out. The only downside was that the elevator ride felt a bit long, but it was totally worth it! 😊
