We had a wonderful stay at Sandals Royal Plantation. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with cold towels and champagne. Our butler, Richard, went above and beyond to make our experience special. He kept our room clean, left thoughtful surprises, and even provided a cell phone for us to reach him anytime. The resort beaches were stunning, and the included activities were fantastic. We also appreciated the option to visit other nearby Sandals locations for more dining choices. a fantastic all-inclusive beach vacation with excellent service.

The hotel's location on a fantastic beach is simply breathtaking. The view from the room is to die for, with calm waters and protected beaches. The cleanliness of the hotel is exceptional, and the staff goes above and beyond in ensuring a comfortable stay. Additionally, the hotel facilities are top-notch, offering a range of activities and amenities for guests to enjoy.

The staff provided excellent service, with a friendly and professional butler who took care of our needs. The entertainment was awesome, with great singers and a talented band. The view was amazing and the beaches were calm and protected by reefs. The resort had designated smoking areas and plenty of photo opportunities. The breakfast bar and restaurants offered delicious food, and the all-inclusive package meant we didn't need to use our wallet.

Our stay at Sandals Royal Plantation was absolutely amazing! He made our room feel like a romantic oasis with towel creations, love notes, and even a hot bath filled with flower petals. The entertainment was top-notch, with talented singers and dancers, and the staff always greeted us with a smile. The resort's beaches were the most beautiful we've ever seen, and the included activities were a great touch. a fantastic all-inclusive vacation with attentive butler service.

No negative aspects.

the staff was extremely attentive, especially our butlers and beach butlers who were always available to fulfill any request we had. the French restaurant offered exclusive amenities and the view was breathtaking. the pool with its outdoor swimming section and sun terrace was one of the best we've seen. the live entertainment exceeded our expectations and the beach access was very convenient. the spa center provided a wide range of beauty treatments and massages which we enjoyed. It was a perfect vacation.

Sometimes the service was great, other times it was lacking.

The beach was beautiful and we enjoyed the many water activities available. We also liked the variety of restaurants and the quality of the food. the location was convenient, close to shopping and attractions.

The room was outdated and in need of renovation. Housekeeping was inconsistent and we had to request extra amenities several times.

Friendly staff, exceptional butler service, beautiful and relaxing atmosphere, great entertainment options, amazing view and calm waters.

Can't fault the property.
