We had a great stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, right by the sea and close to malls for shopping. The room service was fantastic, we could hire a car for a reasonable price and the 24-hour room service and housekeeping made our stay even more comfortable. The Front Desk Manager was excellent and really helped us out when we had some unexpected issues. The staff was always friendly and provided us with great service.

The location is great for those who love the beach, with the possibility to walk along it and enjoy the sea view. The beach grill restaurant was a good option for food, with delicious recommendations from staff members. Being near the sea, it was possible to enjoy water sports, such as banana boat, and relax in the Zen resort spa. The rooms and bathrooms were comfortable, and the service was friendly and helpful. a peaceful and relaxing stay.

As a solo traveler, I loved the amazing view from the balcony and the friendly staff. The open buffet had a wide variety of delicious food. The beach and swimming pool were clean and inviting.

Our room was clean and spacious with a lovely balcony overlooking the pool. The variety and quality of food at the buffet exceeded our expectations. We especially enjoyed the included drinks and snacks served throughout the day. we recommend Rotana for a relaxing stay.

Here, I had the most luxurious and relaxing stay. the exclusive amenities are amazing! I spent hours swimming in the pool with an incredible view, lounging in the outdoor seating areas and being pampered at the Spa & wellness centre with the amazing massage and sauna treatments. the location is perfect and offers direct beach access.

The snack bar didn't have enough options for special diet menus. their restaurant made up for it with the amazing in-room breakfast and delicious buffet breakfast served with fresh juices and fruits.

I recently stayed at Rotana in Al Aqah for a relaxing weekend getaway. The ocean-facing rooms were absolutely stunning, and the facilities were top-notch. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, from surprising us with an anniversary cake to accommodating our late check-out request. Special shoutouts to Ms Ita at reception, Aaron at Waves restaurant, and Yabs and Denis at the pool bar for their exceptional service. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the poolside Muchos Nachos were a delicious and satisfying snack. I highly recommend this hotel for a truly enjoyable stay.

Right on the beach with direct access to the pools, this hotel is a perfect retreat at the beautiful coast. Rooms are on a high level with double beds, balcony and all basic amenities available. Breakfast at a reduced rate is a fantastic option with many different selections, guests will find everything they need.

Perfect ocean front location. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is delicious and the rainforest shower is a great touch. Kid's kindergarten is also available.

We had a nice Thanksgiving vacation at a hotel in the Al Aqah area. the complementary turkey dinner and hot cocoa in the lobby were a nice touch. the hotel is situated in a beautiful location with stunning mountain views and a short walk to the beach. the pool area was clean and well-maintained.

The customer service at the hotel was lacking. the front desk staff appeared to be disorganized and overwhelmed, leading to long wait times for check-in and check-out.

Staying at this hotel was a luxurious experience! the exclusive amenities, such as the Spa & wellness centre, Sauna, and Outdoor swimming pool, were amazing, and exactly what I needed to relax and unwind. the Beachfront was the cherry on top, with sun loungers and beach umbrellas for me to lounge under while soaking up some sunshine.

The only negative experience I had at this hotel was with the breakfast buffet, which was not up to par with the rest of the amenities provided. the private facilities, such as the Jacuzzi and Massage, made up for this one minor issue.
