Amazing staff, delicious free dinners, fun activities, great atmosphere, spacious kitchen.

There was nothing I didn't like.

We had a great experience at Black Swan hostel! The atmosphere was amazing, making us feel like part of a close-knit community. The staff, especially Will, was incredibly helpful, giving us valuable information and even teaching us key phrases in Spanish. The kitchen facilities were excellent, and we left feeling extremely satisfied with our stay. we highly recommend this hostel!

The location of this hostel was great, just a short walk from Placa Catalanya and the Barcelona Nord bus station. The Eixample neighborhood is beautiful, with easy access to buses and metro stations. The rooms, bathrooms, and common areas were kept clean and well-maintained. I really appreciated the privacy that each bed provided, with curtains and individual lockers to store belongings. The staff, especially Jenny at reception, were incredibly helpful and provided excellent customer service. She helped me navigate through a cancelled bus trip and came up with solutions to ensure I reached my destination. Jenny's assistance and patience were greatly appreciated.

I had a great time at Black Swan! The staff were amazing, especially Santi, and always made me feel welcome. The dorm room was comfortable with privacy curtains and spacious lockers. The free dinners were tasty, especially the Paella night. The hostel organized fun social activities and pub crawls every day, perfect for meeting new people. The location was convenient, with many attractions within walking distance. I definitely recommend this hostel!

This hostel is located in a great area, very close to the city center and a metro station. You can easily walk to many sightseeing places, including the Gothic Quarter. The staff is very friendly and the beds are comfortable.

The bathrooms are quite small and there is not much space to put your toiletries while bathing.

The only downside we experienced was that the hostel was so popular, it could get a bit crowded at times. But other than that, we felt completely safe and had no complaints.

Convenient location in the central part of the city, close to public transport and a metro station. Clean and comfortable environment with a blend of old and new architecture. Helpful staff who provided us with all the information we needed and were welcoming and professional. Close proximity to amenities and easy access to the city center.

It was convenient for exploring the city, taking only 10 minutes to walk to the airport shuttle. the hostel itself was clean and stylish, with separate and clean bathrooms for both girls and boys. the neighborhood had plenty of cute coffee shops, bakeries, and markets nearby.

Had a fantastic stay over Easter! the social atmosphere was amazing, met so many cool people from all over the world. the staff were super friendly and helpful. Loved the free breakfast and cooking nights, such a great way to meet other guests. the location was perfect, within walking distance to all the main attractions. having a kitchen and free social nights was a big plus!

The pillows were a bit flat, could have been more comfortable. the bathrooms could have been cleaner, but overall still decent.
