It exceeded my expectations in every way. the staff at Caserio were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. the room was clean and comfortable, with a huge TV and even access to Netflix. the hotel had a beautiful swimming pool and a rooftop terrace with stunning views. the breakfast selection was amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options. the location was also perfect, with the beach and bus stop just a short walk away.

Great rooftop terrace with amazing views, perfect for relaxing with drinks and enjoying the sunshine. Nice and clean rooms with comfortable beds. the hotel is in a great location, very close to the beach and amenities.

The food wasn't always great, with limited options for vegetarians. Staff weren't always friendly and helpful.

I had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the beautiful beaches and with plenty of shops and restaurants in the central area. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with all the amenities I needed, including air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a comfortable bed. The hotel also had a variety of facilities and activities to enjoy, such as a spa & wellness centre, outdoor swimming pool, and beach access. I especially loved the delicious buffet breakfast and dinner options, with a wide variety of choices to satisfy every taste. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay.

I recently stayed at Caserio in Playa del Ingles for a week-long vacation. The hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness, with a tidy room and well-maintained facilities. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially the animators who provided great entertainment every evening. The rooftop Jacuzzi and gym were top-notch, and the swimming pool area was spacious and enjoyable. The location was perfect, being so close to the sea, and the buffet breakfast and dinner options were delicious and varied. it was a fantastic experience.

I do recommend this hotel.

Beautiful pool area and rooftop terrace with awesome views. Delicious and varied food for breakfast and dinner, with weekly sushi offerings and a chocolate fountain. Friendly and accommodating staff, providing a pleasant check-in experience and excellent service.

We loved the pool area with its variety of sunbeds. The buffet was diverse and delicious. The gym was convenient and well-equipped. The staff, including the animation team and waiters, were friendly and efficient.

Felt like our own home, no complaints at all.
