The hotel is in a wonderful location, close to the Reno Sparks Center, mall, and restaurants. It's also equipped with settings for 6, a portable cooktop and skillet available upon request, and a table that comfortably seats six. The rooms are clean, big, and perfect for families, with a full kitchen and an ice maker. The staff is attentive and the breakfast offers a superb variety of options compared to other Hilton hotels. The basic amenities are in excellent condition, including real silverware and china cups for a touch of elegance.

The AC units in the walls can be a bit disruptive at night, cycling on and off.

The hotel was in a great location, very close to shopping centers and restaurants. the breakfast was a nice surprise, with some pre-packaged options and a decent variety of food to choose from. the room was very spacious and well-designed with modern appliances, which made our stay very comfortable.

The noise level was a bit high at night, making it a bit difficult to sleep. the bathroom door was a bit awkward, as it had an opening on the main side that didn't allow for much privacy.

I also loved the stunning view from the hotel, overlooking the mountains and an outdoor firebowl/fountain with seating. the location was perfect, situated in a convenient area for exploring the city and close to shopping centers.

The service at the front desk was disappointing. They were not helpful when I asked for assistance with bags, and even refused to look up my points number.
