The rooms were comfortable, with extra shelves and a fridge for my convenience. The attention to detail and numerous safety measures made me feel at ease during my stay. The option to forgo daily cleanings was a plus for me, but they were readily available upon request. The staff quickly provided additional towels when I asked for them. I highly recommend this hotel and I'm already looking forward to my next stay in Cleveland.

As someone who always brings cleaning supplies, I was pleased to find that the room was generally clean, although there were a few small areas and corners that could have been better. the bed was incredibly comfortable and the bathroom was also clean, roomy, and well-stocked. we had a great experience and the price was excellent.
