The location of the hotel is fantastic, with beautiful views of the pink lake. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and a nice big shower. The rooftop pool is a great place to relax and enjoy the stunning views.

The WiFi in some areas of the hotel, particularly the sports bar, was poor.

We came to Torrevieja to see the pink lake and have a relaxing weekend. This hotel was located just a 10-minute walk away from the lake, making it extremely convenient for us. The spa pool at the hotel was lovely, with a comfortable temperature and an area for bubble baths. The rooftop swimming pool was amazing, with plenty of sunbeds available and a stunning view. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a great view of the pink salt lake. The staff were friendly and the bed and shower were very comfortable. The breakfast had a good variety of hot and cold options, including gluten-free bread and soya milk. it was a great stay.

The hotel offers spacious and well-maintained rooms with huge bedrooms and bathrooms, perfect for a comfortable stay. The friendly staff are always ready to greet you with a smile, making you feel cared for and welcome. The hotel facilities are marvelous, providing everything you need for a pleasant stay. Its good location adds convenience to your trip, and the lagoon view rooms on the 2nd or 3rd floor offer breathtaking views. As foreign tourists, we appreciate the general cheerful friendliness of the staff.

The sports bar was also a great place to relax. We particularly enjoyed the buffet breakfast each morning, with excellent coffee. The pool area was lovely and the staff there were delightful. This hotel is perfect for adventure travelers like us. The proximity to the pink lake and the "spa" experience were amazing. The pool area was fantastic, with comfortable sun beds and a nice temperature. The drinks at the hotel bar were cheap, and we highly recommend trying their sangria. The breakfast buffet offered healthy options and plenty of delicious fruit. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had great views of the pink salt lake. The staff, especially Luz Lorente at the reception, went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional.

Difficult to sleep due to noise from outside and neighboring rooms. Small pool lounger area and loud dance music all day long, not relaxing.

The hotel had fantastic facilities including a swimming pool and modern, clean rooms. the breakfast was also decent and the staff was super-friendly. the location was perfect, with key amenities like a pharmacy, a supermarket, and a commercial center located nearby. the hotel was within walking distance of the local salt lakes, which provided a unique and interesting experience.

The hotel did charge for "extras" like towels for the pool and parking in the garage after 11 PM. there was no iron available in the room and laundry was the only option, with an extra charge for speed. These extra charges could be a downside for some, and not finding a parking spot after 11 PM could be quite inconvenient.

The hotel is situated in a quiet location, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It offers a peaceful retreat for those seeking tranquility. The rooftop bar provides stunning views and a relaxing atmosphere, making it an ideal spot to unwind. The rooms are clean and comfortable, equipped with modern amenities.
