We had an amazing stay at Apartamentos Matute 11! the staff at reception was incredibly helpful and friendly. They allowed us to store our bags and even showed us how everything worked in the apartment. the apartment itself was clean and comfortable, and we loved the unique art on the walls. the location was perfect - we were able to walk to all the major attractions and stumbled upon some hidden gems in the area. the wifi worked great too!

I got great value for my money at Apartamentos Matute 11. The room was spacious and had a cool, tranquil atmosphere. The location was fantastic, with lively bars and eateries right outside. The staff was excellent and gave us keys even though we arrived late at night.

The food for breakfast could have been better.

Perfect location, close to major attractions and amenities. Comfy bed and great shower amenities provided. The apartment had a cool and stylish design, with clean and well-maintained interiors.

The cleanliness of the room was subpar, with unclean floors and hairs on the surfaces. The apartment did not match the pictures in terms of space, as the allocated room was a studio instead of a separate bedroom.

The location of the hotel is perfect, as it is close to all the main attractions of the city. It is right beside the Metro station, making it very convenient for getting around. Being in the heart of the city, everything in Madrid is just a short walk away. The rooms are beautiful and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. There is also a laundry machine available for guests to use.

There were some communication issues with the staff, as not all of them spoke English fluently.

Quiet location on a residential street. Employee helped with heavy bags. Large, clean room with ample storage space. Spacious kitchen for breakfast. Walking distance to famous squares and markets. Friendly staff stored luggage and called a cab. Early check-in accommodated.

I particularly loved the two balconies overlooking the Plaza de Matute, as they provided plenty of natural light. the staff was friendly and accommodating, and I appreciated the extra bed we were given at a small additional cost. I highly recommend Apartamentos Matute 11 for a comfortable and convenient stay in the heart of the city.

Hot water issue

The location in the heart of everything was fantastic, as I didn't need public transportation to reach all the tourist attractions in this city. The hotel facilities were clean and efficient, with spacious rooms and high ceilings. I loved the mini kitchenette in the room, which allowed us to have breakfast right there instead of searching for a place to eat early in the morning. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
