I had a fantastic stay at a hotel by the beach. In the morning, I enjoyed the breathtaking view of the sea while sipping coffee on the balcony. The a la carte restaurant provided delicious meals accompanied by live entertainment in the evenings. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant experience. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, satisfying all tastes. The hotel facilities, such as the pool and spa, were top-notch, providing relaxation after a day of exploring.

The quality of the buffet food could have been better.

Large, beautifully decorated rooms. Friendly and attentive staff. Extensive breakfast buffet with excellent egg station chefs. Great facilities including outdoor pool and comfortable loungers.

The location of the hotel was great, as it allowed us to easily travel into town for more nightlife. We loved being right next to the seaside, as it provided a beautiful view from our room. The upstairs restaurant had a fantastic atmosphere and we enjoyed dining there. The service throughout our stay was excellent, with friendly staff and attentive service. The breakfast offered a wide selection of delicious food, and the view from the dining hall was lovely. The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. We also appreciated the free parking and the ease of check-out.

The cleanliness of the room could have been better as there were some issues with hair on the bathroom floor from previous guests.

My stay at Elba Estepona Gran Hotel & Thalasso Spa was absolutely wonderful. The rooms were spacious and very well appointed, with a stunning view of the sea. The buffet breakfast had a wide selection of delicious options. The indoor pool was warm and perfect for relaxation. Additionally, the spa facilities were fantastic and offered great value. The staff, particularly Toni on reception, were friendly and made me feel very welcome. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Nothing for me.

The outdoor pool was a decent size and had a beautiful view of the sea. The breakfast spread had a good variety of options to choose from. The location was great, with a supermarket and a nice restaurant just a short walk away.

The staff seemed overwhelmed and there were some issues with the service. The rooms were not always properly cleaned and amenities like towels and coffee were not always restocked.

We had a fantastic stay at a lovely hotel in Estepona. Check-in and check-out were effortless, the rooms were spacious with a great terrace, and the breakfast service was impressive. The property itself had a nice spa and adult-only area, as well as a kids club and night entertainment. The staff, especially receptionist Toni, were very helpful. it was a wonderful experience at Elba Estepona Gran Hotel & Thalasso Spa.

Great staff, friendly and attentive. They were quick to accommodate my requests and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. The location of the hotel was fantastic, with stunning sea views. It was a pleasure waking up to such a beautiful sight every morning.- The breakfast selection was excellent, with a wide variety of choices. I especially enjoyed the fresh orange juice and the tasty options.

The hotel kept the windows open during very hot and humid days, instead of utilizing the air conditioning. This made it uncomfortable in the bars and restaurants, even in the late afternoon/evening.

The hotel exudes old school charm with a beautiful pool area and huge, comfortable rooms. The staff are helpful and the buffet breakfast offers lots of choice. The spa is fabulous and the sea view from the rooms is lovely.

The facilities at the hotel were great, especially the pool and the beach right in front of the hotel. The rooms were very spacious and the sea-side view was wonderful. The staff were extremely polite and helpful, and they even offered free Champagne for New Years. The breakfast buffet had a lot of variety and the indoor jacuzzis and saunas were quite enjoyable. the hotel was located in a nice place, not as tourist-dense as neighboring towns.

There were a few disappointments during the stay. First, the common areas of the hotel were a bit shabby in parts.

As soon as we arrived at this hotel, we were greeted with a warm welcome and a refreshing drink. The service was exceptional, from check-in to check-out. The Spa & wellness centre was an outstanding energy booster, with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and a Turkish bath. The outdoor pool was spacious and had comfortable sunbeds. The delicacies served at the restaurant were delicious, and the buffet breakfast had a vast variety of options.

The only thing we noticed as a minor issue was that some dishes were not kept warm enough at the dinner buffet. Nonetheless, the staff was quick to address the situation and provided us with fresh and nicely heated food.

We spent New Year's Eve at this hotel and had a great time. The complementary champagne and party favors were a nice touch. The location by the beach and the beautiful views of the sea were amazing. The indoor pool and spa area were so relaxing, especially after a long day of sightseeing.

the room was quite noisy due to traffic outside and the sound insulation wasn't great.
