The hotel had great facilities, including pools and a water slide that kept the kids entertained all day. The on-site cafe shop and store in the lobby were convenient, and the open bar was a pleasant surprise. The staff were friendly, and the beach in front of the hotel was beautiful. one of the best resort hotels I've ever experienced.

Additionally, I appreciated the fact that the hotel provided complimentary drip pocket coffee, which was delicious, and they even gave me a takeaway reusable tumbler, which was a nice touch.

I had several negative experiences during my stay at this hotel. the shower water pressure was extremely weak and the drain in the bathroom was half clogged, which made it inconvenient to take a proper shower.
