the hotel was almost nice, but not quite. my room had a persistent bad smell that was just dreadful. i expected a welcome gift, or something for my troubles! and how can someone think it’s okay to have such a confusing layout with two elevators? just rude. i wanted to give a good review, but i just couldn’t.

Location is perfect with easy access to major attractions staff are friendly and attentive and breakfast has a great selection.

Noise levels from the street were distracting, especially in front-facing rooms!!! The elevators were confusing and small, making it a hassle to transport luggage!!! Air conditioning struggles to cool effectively, creating uncomfortable nights!!!

Great central spot for hitting all the key places. We checked out some fantastic theaters and made our way to iconic sights like the Roman aqueduct in Segovia. Also enjoyed trying the local nightlife. Good breakfast selection too!

We encountered an issue when we checked in. Our first room wasn’t ready, but the staff sorted it out quickly by offering us an upgrade. This was great, but it added some stress at the start of our stay.

However, note that parking is a hassle, being located in a different building and at an extra cost. Overall, a decent choice in a great location.

Great location, comfy stay!

The hotel was super close to everything, we walked to the Royal Palace in less than 10 mins. The room was spacious and had a kettle for in-room coffee, which was a nice touch. Only thing was the air con was a bit wonky. Overall, it was a solid stay for a couple of nights.

but the room was a bit small for our family, especially with a stroller. the bed was super comfy and the sweets for the baby were a nice touch! ! breakfast had plenty of options for all diets. great location for sightseeing.

The hotel is super clean and spacious! The breakfast offers a variety of choices. didn't get tired of it! It's super close to San Domingo Metro station—just around the corner, which made getting around Madrid a breeze!
