We got great value for our money at Hotel Floresta. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a lovely view. The location was convenient, with a strip of pubs, shops, and restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly and the cleaning staff were absolutely lovely.

The breakfast menu could be improved with more variety.

This hotel is a great choice for a relaxing stay in a beautiful area. Its location is perfect, just across the road from the beach and right beside a handy grocery shop. The rooms are in good condition and the temperature is always pleasant, with the added bonus of a huge patio and a private terrace. The staff is friendly and the service is top-notch, with daily cleaning and fresh towels. The breakfast spread is impressive, with plenty of options to choose from.

The hotel is conveniently located near the centre of the new town Puerto del Carmen. It is just a short taxi ride away, costing under €5. it is close to many bars and restaurants, making it easy to explore and enjoy the local cuisine. The hotel is also situated just behind the pool bar and entertainment area, providing easy access to these facilities. the hotel is very close to the beach, allowing guests to easily enjoy the sun, sand, and sea.

The reception staff can be abrupt and unhelpful at times.

My stay at Floresta was amazing! The room was comfortable and cleaned daily. The buffet selection for breakfast and dinner was excellent. The hotel's location near the promenade was convenient, with plenty of bars, shops, and restaurants nearby. Having a rented car wasn't an issue, as there was always parking available in front of the hotel. it was a great experience.

There was nothing I didn't like about my stay. 👍

loved our stay at floresta, even better than last time on lanzarote island. the spacious apartments and private patios were perfect for relaxing. great location near beach, buses, and spa stores. will definitely stay again!

Unfriendly staff at reception.

Stayed in a spacious and quiet one-bed apartment with a lovely private terrace. The pools had plenty of space, although people did reserve sunbeds early. The cleaning staff were pleasant and the breakfast in the hotel was decent. The location was convenient, just a short taxi ride from the airport and there was a bus to the center of Puerto del Carmen. There were also good restaurants nearby.

Hard to think of anything negative about the experience. 😊

The staff were excellent, taking care of kids in the kids club and providing entertainment for all ages. Rooms were cleaned every second day and reception helped with retrieving lost luggage. Great location and the option to add dinner was a plus.
