I recently stayed at a hotel in the heart of Madrid and I must say, it was a wonderful experience. The location was absolutely perfect - just a short walk away from the Sol Metro station, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. The room I stayed in had recently been renovated and it was incredibly comfortable. The bed and pillows provided a great night's sleep and the luxurious bathroom was a nice touch. Although there was some construction taking place in the hotel, it didn't affect my stay at all. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Madrid.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and close to all the major tourist spots. We could easily walk to the Royal Palace, Plaza Mayor, and Plaza del Sol. The staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to help. They made us feel welcome and went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable stay. The room itself was cozy and the bed was very comfortable. We also appreciated the air conditioning, which kept us cool during the hot summer days. a fantastic experience!

The noise levels can be quite disruptive. The room is not well soundproofed, and you can hear the activity on the street at all hours.

One major drawback was the noise from renovations on the upper floor, which started early in the morning at 8am and disturbed my sleep. Another negative aspect was the hotel not honoring our reservation and relocating us to a different hotel without any explanation.
