For the price we paid, we definitely got our money's worth. The room was lovely and the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city. The staff treated us like VIPs throughout our stay, making us feel truly special.

The rooms are spacious and well-designed, with hardwood floors and marble bathrooms equipped with luxurious amenities. The staff provides excellent service, ensuring a pleasant and comfortable stay. The breakfast options are diverse and delicious, with a combination of a la carte choices and a buffet. The hotel also boasts impressive facilities, including a spa and gym.

Some guests reported occasional lapses in service, such as forgotten orders or slow service in the restaurant.

The beds were extremely comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The view from the room was absolutely amazing, and the room itself was spacious and had a classic feel to it. Additionally, the hotel's location was great, with easy access to Taqsim square and a short walk to grocery stores and shops. The fitness center was also excellent, allowing me to stay active during my stay.

One of the negatives of my experience was that the hotel was somewhat overpriced, especially considering that breakfast was not included. Additionally, despite requesting multiple times, the hotel did not remove the drinks from the fridge in my room.

The staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The rooms were very comfortable, especially the pillows. The location was perfect, just a short walk to Taskim Square and plenty of cafes. The view over the Bosporus was breathtaking, the best I have seen so far. Plus, the food at the restaurant was delicious.

The only downside was that the walls were a bit thin, so we could hear our neighbors when they were loud. Also, smoking in the rooms seemed to be a common problem in the area.

As business guests, we were impressed with the excellent facilities and amenities at this hotel. The buffet breakfast was outstanding, with a wide selection of tasty bites to choose from. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our late breakfast, offering us additional food and drinks from the buffet before closing. The location of the hotel is also a major highlight, as it is within walking distance of the old center, the newly developed port, and offers breathtaking views of the Bosphorus. The spa at the hotel was top-notch, leaving no wishes unfulfilled. Special thanks to Jason from the spa and Aygun at the reception for their outstanding service and hospitality. We will definitely be coming back to this amazing hotel in the future.

The hotel facilities, including the outdoor swimming pool and spa, had fantastic views. The location was close to the trendy Teksim area and just a short distance from Taksim square.

I want to give a special appreciation to Firat, one of the staff members, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. He noticed that our son liked ketchup and surprised him with French fries, showing his thoughtfulness and dedication to customer satisfaction. This small gesture meant a lot and made our stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the Atolye restaurant provided delicious dining options, adding to the overall exceptional experience.

Although our initial room reservation was not available upon arrival, Burhan bey, the Duty Manager, was incredibly customer-oriented and helped us secure the room we had booked. However, the rest of the hotel staff lacked helpfulness and friendliness when we were in need of assistance.

Spent new year's with family at a hotel that had amazing views, a great breakfast spread, and complimentary toiletries and slippers in each room. The hotel was located in a central spot and walking distance to public transport.

My room was upgraded upon arrival, complete with a beautiful view of the Bosphorus Strait. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious and clean. The concierge was very helpful in arranging tours. I recommend this hotel.
