I had a great experience at the hotel's spa - they had a variety of bubbly areas and hot & cold water experiences. the sauna, steam room, and showers were enjoyable. the pool area outside was attractive and well maintained with hedges and palm trees. the hotel's entrance area was impressive. Our duplex room was spacious with a huge terrace. the staff at the restaurant and cafe bar were friendly and cheerful. the nearby beach was also attractive.

The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. It is close to La Tagliatella, where you can enjoy delicious food. The bus station is nearby, allowing you to easily purchase tickets and visit PortAventura, a fantastic entertainment resort. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with sofas where you can relax. The breakfast offers a good variety of food to start your day.

Some staff members can be rude and unhelpful at times.

I recently stayed at the Gran Palas Hotel and Spa Incluido for my wedding, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The staff, especially Jordi, Marina, and her colleague, went above and beyond to ensure that our special day was perfect. The hotel itself is well-maintained and peaceful, even during the busy season. It's also conveniently located near world-class golf courses and just a short walk away from the beach. The facilities, room size, and breakfast were all top-notch, and the pools, both indoor and outdoor. Parking was plentiful, and the check-in and checkout processes were seamless. this was the best holiday I've ever been on, and I can't wait to return.

This luxurious hotel provided an exceptional stay with its exclusive amenities. From the moment we arrived, the staff ensured our every need was fulfilled, providing attentive service throughout our stay. the Spa & wellness centre was a highlight, offering an indoor swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and a range of body treatments. the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace were immaculate, with seasonal entertainment and live music available.

The only minor issue we experienced was a delay in the check-in process. the remarkable beauty treatments, delicious breakfast and private facilities made up for this brief inconvenience.

great experience at grand palas. rooms are comfy, staff is helpful. access to spa is a bonus. peaceful and relaxing vibe unlike other loud hotels in la pineda/salou. a little paradise to disconnect. will repeat!
