I had a wonderful stay in a lovely quiet area of Alcudia. The location was perfect, as it was away from the crowded port area but still close to the beautiful port and the old center of Port d' Alcudia. The room was well appointed and comfortable, with a kitchenette and fridge that came in handy. The staff were friendly and professional, and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options. The hotel also had great facilities, including a pool with plenty of sunbeds.

That the walls were a bit thin, so I could occasionally hear my neighbors talking in the next room. But once I requested a room change, things improved significantly.

The breakfast at Grupotel was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. I especially loved the freshly squeezed orange juice. The location of the hotel was also perfect, just a couple of blocks away from the beautiful beach. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Had an awesome New Year's experience at this hotel! the breakfast had plenty of options, and the pool area was fantastic. We enjoyed the fact that we were only a few minutes away from the airport bus stop and could quickly get to the hotel.

The quality of the beds was not up to our expectations, and we would have preferred a more comfortable sleeping arrangement.

The hotel's facilities were outstanding, including a fabulous spa and wellness center, a refreshing swimming pool, and a variety of entertainment options for both children and adults.

This hotel is absolutely mind-blowing! The cleanliness is superb and the staff are super friendly and accommodating. The buffet breakfast is out of this world, with a wide variety of choices, including lots of fresh fruit. The location is unbeatable, with the most beautiful powdery white sand beach just a short 10-minute walk away. Plus, the hotel is conveniently located near a Spar shop, pharmacy, and Lidl. The pool area is great for both kids and adults, with a nice kids pool and a clean main pool. I can't recommend this place enough!
