The staff was extremely helpful and responsive, even helping us with food delivery. We got upgraded to bigger, comfortable rooms with balconies. Convenient location near the Alhambra and on the bus route. Friendly staff, nice breakfasts, and good restaurant.

We had a lovely stay at Crisol in Granada. The spacious twin room with a 5x5 meter terrace made us feel like we had our own small apartment. The staff provided exceptional service, even printing our bus tickets at midnight. The location was great for exploring the area and the view from our window was stunning. It was easy to find and park in the secured parking lot across the street. The room was well-furnished and quiet, ensuring a comfortable stay.
