The hotel had everything to entertain my kids and me. The breakfast buffet offered a wide choice of delicious food. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities included two big swimming pools, one with children's slides, and a big playground.

The snack bar by the pool had delicious food, and the staff there were so friendly and welcoming. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel. The entertainment team put on great shows every night, and the rooftop with the jacuzzis was a nice touch. The location in Cap Salou was peaceful and offered beautiful views. I highly recommend this hotel for families looking for a wonderful vacation.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location is perfect, nestled in a lovely quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, they were always friendly and attentive. The housekeeping was exceptional, our rooms were clean and tidy every day. The hotel also had convenient amenities such as shops and commercial services, laundry facilities, and a car hire service. Our room was well-equipped with everything we needed, including a comfortable bed, a balcony with garden furniture, and a mini-bar. We also appreciated having air conditioning, a television, and a safe in our room.

the staff were amazing, especially a couple of standout individuals like Sebastian, the bar waiter, and Alice and Jordi in entertainment. the breakfast and dinner options were delicious, with plenty of choices available. the kids club and mini disco were a big hit with my little one. I also loved that there was a variety of pools to choose from, including an indoor heated pool. the entire place was spotless and well-maintained. it was a great holiday experience for the whole family.

The upper deck pool was exceptional - I loved spending most of my time there. The kids clubs were excellent, thanks to the fantastic staff who were friendly and enthusiastic. The buffet at this hotel was sensational, with quality and variety in equal measure for both breakfast and dinner. Our room, a 2-bedroom apartment, was top-class with a sun trap balcony and great views. The evening entertainment, including a table quiz and Michael Jackson tribute, was amazing. The astroturf around the pool area was a genius addition, making it safer for the kids to run around.

Location of the hotel is great for some winter sun and it's close to a lovely beach. the rooms are clean and comfortable with good amenities. We enjoyed the variety of food options.

We had issues with the heating in our suite, which was not working properly, and it took a lot of time and effort to get it fixed. the parking was expensive and not very convient.

Mind-blowing food that was never-ending, excellent mini club staff, clean rooms, amazing animation team with activities for everyone, superb entertainment at night.
