The cleanliness of the place and availability of necessary amenities in the room were impressive. Despite a last-minute reservation, the staff was helpful and accommodating.

The location of the hotel was perfect as it was close to everything in the city center. We could easily walk to all the main attractions and there were two Metro stations nearby. there was a super cafe close by where we could grab breakfast in the morning.

That the room was a little small and there was no table inside to drink tea. Although there was a table on the terrace, it was too cold outside to enjoy it.

the facilities were new and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and nice furniture. the location was excellent and the room was spacious and clean. Despite being in the center of the city, it was quiet. the staff, although not overly friendly, responded promptly to our requests.

We recently stayed at a centrally located hostel in Madrid and had a fantastic experience. the single room we booked was like a miniature version of a good hotel room, complete with all the necessary amenities. the staff was friendly and always ready to help with any queries or requests. the location was excellent, just around 300m from Puerta del Sol, making it easily accessible to all the popular attractions. the quality/price ratio was truly amazing.

Best location and great value for money! the staff was friendly and helpful, offering us extra blankets and explaining how the air conditioning worked. the room was surprisingly clean and cozy, with a hot shower and a hairdryer. Plus, the hotel was just a few minutes away from the main attractions and amenities. We loved being able to walk to the Prado museum and the Thesen, and there was a supermarket nearby as well. And despite being on the 5th floor, there was an elevator, which was perfect for our romantic escape.
