We had a fantastic stay at this hostel. The room was huge and well-furnished, with a beautiful ensuite bathroom. The kitchen was fully stocked and the dining area was lovely. The hostel's location was perfect, within walking distance of the town center with its restaurants and shops, and close to stunning countryside walks. We also appreciated the secure parking for our car on-site. The staff were friendly and helpful. this hostel exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness, facilities, location, and staff.

We had an amazing New Year's stay at this wonderful property. the warm greeting and helpfulness of the owner made us feel right at home. the freshly cooked breakfast was absolutely delightful, and the owner went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We especially loved the beautiful traditional furnishings and the cozy common areas. the location was perfect - a quiet area with lovely views, but still within easy walking distance of the town center. We also appreciated the secure bicycle storage, which was a huge plus for us as cycling enthusiasts.

The only slight inconvenience was the lack of plug sockets for the top bunks. Other than that, everything was perfect.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious and freshly cooked to order. the owners were friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. the location was convenient for our stopover en route to Fort William, and the owner provided us with great advice on nearby places to visit.

The beds were quite hard, which may not be to everyone's liking. there could have been more comfortable seating in the common areas, as the chairs were quite hard.

We had a fantastic time at the Independent Hostel during our recent visit. The staff were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. The location was perfect, just a short walk into town. The room was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. We loved the variety of breakfast options in the beautiful dining room. The common areas were inviting and filled with plenty of activities. Tom, our host, was extremely helpful and went out of his way to ensure we had a great stay. We will definitely be returning!
