I always return here. First visit, staff helped with suitcases. Perfect spot with Free Wi-Fi, luggage storage, 24-hr reception, lift, cots. No pets, A/C, no smoking. It has all I need. Coming back for Xmas!

We enjoyed the prime location of this hotel, being close to the center, near almost everything, and just a short walk from popular attractions. the staff was friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout our stay. the cleanliness of the room and daily fresh towels were much appreciated. Additionally, the hotel had good transportation connections, only a minute away from the metro.

Nothing negative to report, our stay was truly pleasant.

Arriving at Placa Catalunya, I easily walked to Hostal Europa. Despite a cold room without heating, I appreciated the clean shared bathroom. While a bit noisy, the central location and affordable price made my stay enjoyable. Overall, I'd recommend this hotel.
