The hotel's location was perfect as it was right at the entrance to the old town and within easy walking distance to the city center and Salzburg Festival events. Additionally, it was easy to reach from the train station, making it convenient for travelers.

I had such a great experience staying at this hotel! The location was perfect for me, just outside the city center on the opposite side to the old town. It was nice being away from all the hustle and bustle, yet still within easy walking distance to all the attractions. The staff here were incredibly nice and helpful, always going above and beyond to assist with any requests I had. The room was also fantastic, clean and comfortable with all the amenities I needed. The buffet breakfast offered a wonderful selection of dishes, and the restaurant and bar were great places to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring.

While this hotel is perfect for solo travelers or couples, I would highly recommend it to families as well.

It was just a short walk from the main town and offered a peaceful atmosphere. the hotel itself was clean and comfortable, although it had an old-fashioned charm with features like room keys instead of keycards and a vintage feel to the decor. Despite this, the beds were cozy and the rooms were spacious enough. it was a good value for the price.

I loved the location of the hotel, it took me just a few minutes to walk to Old Town. The reception staff was very friendly and helped me arrange a taxi to the airport. The breakfast was also great with a good selection of food to choose from.

We stayed at a traditional Austrian hotel located near the city center, down an interesting street to the old town. The room was well decorated and had a comfortable bed. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and directed us to a nearby restaurant that became our favorite. The extensive breakfast had great service, although it would have been even better with espresso coffee drinks.

The bathroom was a little small.

The hotel is situated in a great location, just a short walk away from the city center. There are plenty of shops and Christmas markets nearby, perfect for exploring and getting into the holiday spirit. Additionally, there is a fantastic pub close by that is definitely worth checking out.

The air conditioning in the rooms can be a bit inadequate, especially during hot summer days. The positioning of the AC unit above the bed may result in uneven temperature distribution, making it less effective in cooling the entire room.

For the price we paid, the value was really good. The room was clean and spacious, with a nice view of the quiet backyard. The location was perfect, close to all the attractions and yet in a peaceful area. The staff treated us very well, with a friendly and helpful attitude.
