The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect. It was close to everything and right in the center of the city. It was just a short walk to the beach or the city center. The breakfast provided was great and the hotel facilities were top-notch.

The hotel has recently been refurbished and has a modern and clean feel. The location is excellent, with a short stroll to the seafront and great restaurants and bars nearby. The staff at the front desk are extremely helpful and welcoming. The rooftop with a jacuzzi is a relaxing spot to unwind at the end of the day.

Location-wise, this hotel couldn't be better situated. It's just a stone's throw away from the beach, making it super convenient for a quick dip in the sea. it's within walking distance to the city center and old town, making exploring Ibiza a breeze. Another perk is the friendly and helpful staff at the front desk who are more than willing to assist with any queries or issues.

There were a couple of downsides to note. the shower in the room wasn't attached to the wall, which meant you had to hold it while showering, leading to water splashing everywhere and making it a bit difficult to stay clean.

The highlight of our stay was the exceptional service from the staff, particularly the reception guy who was extremely friendly and helpful. He arranged taxis for us whenever we needed and made us feel very welcome. The included breakfast was also a bonus, providing a good start to the day.

One of the major downsides of the hotel was the lack of basic amenities. There was no air conditioning, which made the rooms uncomfortable during hot weather.

We had a delightful 5 night stay at this hotel. Perfectly located near the beach, cafes, restaurants, local shops, and bus stops. The staff at the reception were friendly and helpful. The hotel's atmosphere was relaxed and quiet. We especially enjoyed the rooftop terrace, perfect for sunbathing. The room was clean and comfortable, with air conditioning and a TV. The artwork and murals scattered around the hotel added a unique touch. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
