The front desk staff were friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, professional, and spoke multiple languages. The spa area was clean and luxurious, offering yoga and other classes. The beautiful garden and stunning views of the mountain and sea were a treat. The lobby had a memorable atmosphere with oriental carpets, chandeliers, fresh flowers, and Spanish oil paintings. The breakfast buffet was amazing with a wide variety of fresh breads, pastries, fruits, meats, and cereals. The rooms were comfortable and well-decorated, matching the photos on the website.

The hotel had a good location, close to the beach. the indoor pool area was relaxing and the spa treatment was nice. the housekeeping staff was efficient and kept the room clean.

The New Year's Eve celebration was a disappointment. the food was scarce, the music was not entertaining and it was difficult to find a place to sit.

We stayed in a lovely hotel with beautiful gardens and swimming pools. The location was peaceful and there were several empty restaurants nearby. The staff were super helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The room was comfortable and had a great view. The breakfast was delicious and served by the poolside. We also enjoyed the spa facilities, including the relaxing massage and the informative garden tour.

This hotel is a luxurious and exclusive venue where all our needs were met. the spa and wellness center with indoor and outdoor swimming pools, sauna, and Jacuzzi, among others, were first-class. the massages were one of the best we had ever had. We enjoyed the live entertainment and the breakfast selection was fantastic. The rooms were spacious and pristine, and we appreciated the thoughtful amenities such as bottled water, fresh flowers, and chocolates at turn-down. Cons: the hotel is located up a steep hill, which can be challenging for some guests when walking to the city center. the hotel provides a free hourly shuttle service, and taxis are easily available. this hotel provided a luxury experience with outstanding service and amenities.
