Spent Christmas at a hotel and it was a special experience. Room was comfortable and had a great view of the mountains. the food was amazing and had plenty of options for vegetarians. the location was perfect, near the beach and had easy access to local shops and restaurants.

The noise level was high as the walls are quite thin, so we could hear people walking in the hallway. the spa facilities were nice, but it was quite crowded and had limited slots available.

The service is excellent, with friendly waitresses in the restaurant. The spa and wellness center is fantastic, offering a variety of treatments and a jacuzzi for ultimate relaxation. The staff at the reception desk could have been friendlier, but overall, this place is a hidden gem.

We really got our money's worth at Es Port. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the facilities we needed. The location was perfect, close to the beach and shops, and the staff treated us like family.

The only improvement I could suggest for breakfast items is to have a glass door instead of a shower curtain.
