The hotel has a classic colonial charm and the gardens are simply beautiful. The staff were exceptional in every aspect, providing excellent service throughout our stay. We stayed in one of the Landmark rooms, which was well-appointed and had a spacious bathroom. The Elephant Bar was a highlight, with a great atmosphere and an extensive Happy Hour. The two pools were a delight, providing a relaxing escape from the heat. Raffles is a classic and luxurious hotel that I would definitely return to if I'm in Phnom Penh again.

We loved the hotel and enjoyed our stay - very calm and peaceful. Beautifully refurbished, light airy rooms and lovely historic character building with beautiful grounds and pool. Felt like a special treat at the end of our holiday. From the moment we arrived we were impressed by both the elegance of the buildings and the warmth of the staff which almost belied their quiet competence. The restaurant, Elephant Bar, Writers' Lounge, and Spa are all highlights with great staff. A fitting conclusion to a perfect stay.

I was pleasantly surprised by the charm and history of this hotel. The pool was a great place to relax and the breakfast spread was amazing. The staff, especially Yem, were wonderful. I even changed my plans to stay at their sister hotel in Siem Reap. a fantastic stay and I highly recommend this hotel.

The room cleaner had a bit of an attitude and had to be reminded to clean the room properly and replenish the tea and coffee. Another disappointment was that they didn't have a new roast turkey for the evening Christmas brunch, resulting in a lack of breast meat for my meal.
